Job description:

• searching for the real estate properties for sale or lease
• visit the properties in order to arrange the sale or lease
• offer elaboration including the photographs, documentation an property legal status verification
• comunication with the owner, buyer and a bank etc.
• contact conclusion
• visit the property with potential buyers
• sale of real properties
